Purros.com sticks to tenet of “quality first, customer foremost”. We always want to meet our customers' expectation all the time. We have a QA team to check your order products before they are packed and sent. But sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please take advantage of our return and exchange policy.

Cancellation Policy

All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped.
Your order has been unpaid or paid, you can contact us to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package from Purros.com, and make sure whether the favors are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition: unused, undamaged and in original package.
We can’t accept the exchange or return after your order has been shipped.

Specific Return Policy

Defective, Damaged Items
You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged item. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible, which are used for our Customer Service to record and check. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. Purros will then ship you a new item immediately.

Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Purros.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Missing Shipped or Incorrect Item
We will provide a reshipping service or refund in the event of missing or wrongly shipped items(photos needed), a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.

Incorrect Item Issues
The incorrect deliveries of products include wrong size, wrong color and so on. If by any chance the actual size and color of your products differ from the information of your order, we beg your forgiveness and we will send the right one to you immediately. Also a full refund is guaranteed if you want to cancel the order. We kindly suggest that you look carefully at the product details before you order and we promise that we always spare no efforts doing right things for you.

Attention:
• Contact Customer Service within 7 days after you receive your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return
• Once Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide a partial or full refund of the product purchase price according to the severity of your problem. For the full refund, you need to send the item back to us as soon as possible.
• Items received unused and with tags intact and attached, in original package.
• For the return items, return shipping fee is paid by buyer. For the exchange items, return shipping fee and the re-shipping fee(each $3 for free shipping items) is paid buy buyer.

Return Process

1.Contact Customer Service within the requiring time of different items.Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return, which is necessary for the customer service group to check and record.
2. Once your request has been approved, please send the item back to us as soon as possible.Send us the tracking number when you returned your item. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. It takes 24 hours for us to confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned after we receive the items.Once confirmed, we will process the refund within 48 hours.
